Welcome to onop.in. By accessing our website and purchasing refurbished mobile devices, you agree to

abide by these Terms of Service.

1. Product Nature & Grading

All mobile phones sold on ONOP are pre-owned or refurbished devices. They may exhibit minor cosmetic

wear consistent with previous usage, which is transparently disclosed in the product grading description.

Devices come with standard functional testing warranties as specified at the time of purchase.

2. Pricing and Payments

All product prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payments must be completed online through our approved secure payment gateway (Razorpay) at the time of

ordering.

3. Limitation of Liability

ONOP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse

of devices purchased through our platform beyond the replacement or refund remedies outlined in our return

policy.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the

exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Patna, Bihar.
